Annual Franklin County Children's Literature Festival - click here for the 2008 Festival announcement
Our literature festival is for every 3rd, 4th and 5th grader in Franklin County. The festival features authors, illustrators and story-tellers presenting the love of literacy to students and their teachers. Ottawa University hosts the festival on their campus and involves all their education students in the festival.
